I wanted to let you know that without a doubt in about 25 yrs of experience with car sales people working with Lisa has been by far the best experience ever. She has been professional, courteous, helpful, accountable and always followed through with what we had discussed. With that I should also say that this entire deal was done through email and on the phone. I understand that your dealership does quite a few deals this way but I also can see where it is very easy to have details slide through the cracks when you never meet the customer face to face.
If Lisa is an indication of the sales people on your floor, your dealership stand head and shoulders above most others.

I recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Rubicon from Vince. I just wanted to drop you a quick line to let you know how completely satisfied we are with the whole deal. I would like to extend my gratitude to Vinny for getting us out of a horrible "Carfinco" deal and set us up at a lower rate loan and he put is in a brand new 2012 Chrysler 200. I was impressed when he called me and knew my information and what loan company I was with, called me back a day later and had us hooked up with a new vehicle.

Wow, were we impressed when we arrived at the dealership to pick up the van!It exceeded our expectations, to say the least; now I have what seems like the "perfect" van. Had I known it was going to have such a sporty look to it, I might have been more inclined to trade in my SL. No one around here has a modified van with ground effects.
We were also extremely impressed with the customer service when we arrived.Not only was everything exactly as we were told it would be (e.g. 8 way power seat installed, hand controls switched to the left hand side, etc.)but all the paperwork was completed in advance of our arrival. Northland Dodge operates as a very efficient team!
The van will give me a renewed sense of independence and improve my quality of life.

I would like to thank your service department for their assistance. I was returning to the U.S. after a trip to Alaska when the transmission failed on my Dodge 3/4 ton van. I was able to nurse the vehicle into your lot late in the afternoon.
The parts dept. did a lot of work to get the necessary parts. And Paul Thompson did an excellent job keeping me informed and installing the replacement transmission. You have some excellent people in your organization. Even some of the non-service staff were willing to help us as much as they could. please extend our BIG THANK YOU to everyone. you can be proud of your staff. After the repairs, we made it home without any problems.

On another note I would also like to express our thanks as a family for the dedication to Pediatric Care in our community. Our middle son Riley has had ongoing medical needs since a young child and at age 14 still receives services in our local Pediatrics Outpatient Clinic which means we do not have to travel to BC Childrens Hospital several times per year.
What this means to us as a family is very difficult to express except that receiving care in our home community is a valuable service.

I had been looking for an Explorer limited for one month going online and driving into the Ford dealership in Penticton many times. I always had to phone or make the contact to see if they had one available or could search fro what I wanted. I felt I was inconveniencing them wanting to buy a vehicle! After wasting my time with them I contacted a Dodge dealer and although he was extremely friendly, he could not find the Citadel I wanted (just a black on with a tow package option). Totally frustrated with wanting to buy a new vehicle, I vented to a relative that the sales persons were more interested in coffee and chit chat than selling cars. She told me of Vincent and said "he will find you the vehicle you want." He is the best!! Well within a day of contacting him, he called and said he had my vehicle (less the tow package) but he would have that option put on with no extra charge. Vincent took the initiative of putting a tow package and wind/rain deflectors to make the deal and the vehicle was delivered to me a week later. Delivered to my house in Summerland! Would I recommend Vincent? ABSOLUTELY! He is a professional and courteous young man, who know how to sell vehicles and treat people. He kept me constantly informed on the status of the vehicle. Thank you, Vincent, for ending my frustration. I love my new truck!

Hi Brent, I appreciate the letter of appreciation and thanks. Yes please keep us informed of preferred customer benefits, maintenance reminders or safety recalls. My family and I love our new RAM 1500 4X4 Crew Cab HEMI:), the kids call it "little ram" as it is smaller than our old "bid red" 1993 F-350 4X4 crew cab. We have a 180 cc mid-rise canopy on order from Cap-It Grande Prairie as we now live in Pouce Coupe B.C. My family and I are from PG but moved North as I was promoted with work. Our families have brushed shoulders occasionally while at famous players to take in a family movie. My father Norm BAKER has also bought more than a few 1 Ton diesels from Northland; my brother and sister as well have bought vehicles there. My family appreciates all the work you and Northland do in the community; especially for the kids wing in the hospital. Please keep up the great work! Rod FISH and Brendon WILSON were vey helpful and courteious throughout the purchasing process that was conducted over the phone. Rod had our new truck delivered to Dawson Creek the next day:). They both deserve a big pat on the back. When I was in PG November 16th and 17th, I made sure to go to Northland and meet them face to face to say thanks and seal the deal with a good old fashioned hand shake. I live in Victoria BC and found this truck online, having never bought a vehicle online I was a little gun shy, Wow was I mistaken Vince contacted me right away and let me know what inventory you had and we negotiated a deal (very professional). I flew up from Victoria there was a shuttle waiting for me at the airport to take me to your dealership. When I arrived your dealership the whole process was very seamless. Collean in your finance dept was again very professional and I felt comfortable with her, she called a local insurance company for me and we did all the paperwork. I have just purchased a Ram 1500 and I feel it is important that you know that Murray Carlson went the extra mile to make the purchase a great experience. I really appreciated his efforts in helping me pick the truck that best met my needs. In the 40 years my wife and I have lived in Prince George, we have purchased quite a few vehicles and this was the first time that I have felt that getting the right vehicle was more important than the salesman just making a sale. When it was time to take delivery of my truck Murray picked me and even helped unload the summer tires.
All in all Murray went above and beyond and should be praised for making my purchase easy, fun and enjoyable. Thank you.
Hello! I previously wrote to you very upset about the inability to upgrade my 2012 Dodge Ram. It was a huge let down when I was told it was not possible, especially when I bought it with intentions of upgrading in the first place. I write this time with nothing but good feedback :):). I would really like to thank the team that assisted in my approval :). I honestly couldn't be happier with the vehicle I walked away with. After I was forced to give back my vehicle (which was my first Dodge Ram) in 2009 it has been a bit off a challenge getting back on course. I had lost my job and dealt with a very high risk pregnancy ... not like this anything you need to know lol ... but I just want you, or whom ever this applies to, to know how thankful and happy I am :). Once again thank you ... my family and I love our new truck :)
